WP Toolbar Safari Extension

Here it is... our first native Safari Extension. It puts a button in the toolbar which gives you instant access to a very cool WordPress administration toolbar. Based on this bookmarklet, all resources are included in the extension, making it much faster to load. Source code can be found on GitHub.

Download the latest version of WP Toolbar for Safari (v1.1.1).

This has great potential. Perhaps I'm missing something, but this plugin seems to assume that wordpress is installed at root. If it is installed in a subdirectory then all the buttons fail. Am I doing something wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong... it wont work if WordPress is installed in a subdirectory. But, that's an easy enough fix. Look for an automatic update that will let you set a subdirectory shortly.

I click on the button and get nothing in Safari 5.01.

I enjoyed your article here mate. Infact I'm a fan of the site in general to be very honest. It's the fourth ocasion I've been back here but I kept forgeting to save the site in my saved website list so I have to keep going through the search engines to find it. SAVED this time haha . Best of luck.
